At Victoria Falls on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe there is a pool where you can swim right up to the edge of the precipice, the water rushing past on both sides and falling to the rift valley 350 feet below.

It is an adrenaline rush like few others I have experienced, akin to diving with sharks, bungee jumping, or skydiving. Danger and beauty on the edge of a cliff, complete with speed boats and rainbows.

In fact, it’s difficult to find the proper words to describe such an adventure. And so, I offer you a video of my experience diving in the Devil’s Pool.
