Argentina is a country rich in culture and natural beauty. Although we arrived in Ushuaia in order to begin our voyage south to Antarctica, the world’s southernmost city is worth a visit in its own right. Surrounded by mountains and glaciers and painted by magnificent sunsets every night, it was difficult to imagine a more spectacular landscape.

Spoiler alert, there IS, in fact, a postcard that we actually sent from Antarctica. It’s from the southernmost official post office in the world. But that’s all I’ll say for now!
